When we got our hands on this component, we all agreed: It's a product that needs explaining.

This rotary shaft seal is made from a significantly more resilient material than common seals (mostly NBR or FKM). With our seal, this lip is relatively hard - why? The shaft seal is made of pure material, without the NBR carrier material underneath, filled with bronze, so it's a special sintered material. Rest assured, the component works! Please refrain from trying to manipulate the lip with your finger or seeing what happens if you touch the lip with your fingernail.
