Overrev M200 Piston (by Wössner)

The M200 rider knows the price of Quattrini pistons.

After the success of the 60mm Overrev piston, it was therefore obvious to make an M200 piston. The goal was to offer an affordable piston that also makes life easier for the hobby tuner.

Our piston is also manufactured by Wössner and has also received some additional features compared to the original Quattrini piston:

• Ring position: Between boost port and auxiliary transfer port of the M200 cylinder (same as original M200)
• Piston pin: 16mm (same as original M200)
• Piston skirt (bottom) longer than M200 - for better guidance and reduced piston tilting
• Only one piston ring (no more material breakage between the first and second ring possible)
• Piston pin offset for mechanical relief, reduced rattling
• Compression height: 31.5mm (1.5mm more than original M200, no skimming of the casing necessary for timing changes with original crankshaft, simply add 1.5mm head gasket, or head + base gasket as desired)
• Piston crown: same as original M200
• Nominal size: 66.94mm (same as original M200)
• Piston pin length: 56.2mm (longer than original piston)
• Weight: 265g.

Included in the scope of delivery is an additional spare piston ring, as well as a second pair of piston pin clips. A feature that we would wish for every piston.
