Our KR CNC Lambretta engine casing comes with several new features. The entire intake structure has been completely redesigned. The intake is located directly above the crankshaft, ensuring perfect lubrication of all ball bearings. A large 8-petal reed valve is used, which is happily supplied with fresh gas by a 35mm or 38mm carburetor. The concept envisages a Simonini 230/270 cylinder, but the cylinder base area offers enough space to install other cylinders as well.
All ball and needle bearings are pre-assembled; there are no more plain bearings.
Up to 72mm stroke is provided.
From our point of view, this engine casing leaves nothing to be desired. In principle, all components from an original engine can be taken over.

Crankcase centrally divisible -> no threading of the crankshaft through the mag housing
Wide crankshaft with significantly more overlap -> never again twisted crank webs
Large cylinder base sealing surface -> external cylinders can be mounted without problems
